The changes in the travel industry and the way travel agents do business with their customers have changed tremendously in the past two decades. Travel agents are no longer bond to the brick and mortar travel agency office. Paper tickets have transformed into e-tickets and a simple booking codes that can be sent to you in a matter of a seconds no matter where you are in the world.
Because of all these changes I have changed the way I deal with my customers and even though it is now mostly in an electronic environment the one thing that hasn’t changed is the high quality of service that my customers have come accustomed to receiving.

I have spent over 25 years in the travel industry. My husband Dale Mackie and I opened WHOSE Travel in 2005 and helped many foreigners living in Taiwan with their travel arrangements. Dale has since gone into another career but I am still in the travel industry working with an independent travel agent in Canada and Taiwan.
With the many years of experience that I have I leave nothing to chance when helping you with your travel arrangements. A language barrier is not an obstacle when you deal with me as I am fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
